So, we made a lot of pictures, that is why we decided to publish our "recipe" on my blog. It's not a real recipe, so just make it like you want to and change the vegetables etc.
You need: Peppers (try in the supermarket if they stand, because otherwise they'll fall over in the oven) and zucchini. You can fill them with a lot of different things. We used: Minced meat for the non-vegetarian variant, onions, tomatoes, garlic, mushrooms and feta cheese. It's also nice to have some other cheese for the topping.
For the rice you need rice (of course), curry and raisins. For the sauce you only need some turkish yoghurt and garlic.
First cut everything into pieces and hollow the zucchini and peppers.
You should now start to cook the rice. Therefore put some oil in a pan and add the rice, the curry and the raisins and roast everything for a while. Then add the water to cook the rice.
In the same time you can start to first roast the onions and the garlic, and then add the mushrooms and at the end the tomatoes. Don't forget to roast the meat (and flavor it with a lot of salt and pepper).
Now the filling is ready and can be filled into the zucchini and peppers. With the four different fillings (rice, meat, feta cheese and vegetables) it's easy to vary. We made two variants, vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
The most important part at the end: Add lots of cheese on the top :)
For the sauce you only mix the turkish yoghurt with some garlic and salt.
Put the vegetables for about 40 minutes in the oven, until their skin starts to wave a little bit. And don't forget: Always have fun :)
